Our Comfort Zone
Most people are used to this. It is their comfort zone. This is the area they navigate in to feel safe even though, they want something different for their life. Believe it or not people like a predicted outcome. It makes them feel safe and in control even if its not what they really want. So how do you change this? How do you break free from your comfort zone? What do you do when you don’t know what to do? The answer: You address the limiting beliefs and heal them. This is what I do at Soul Escape.
